When starting the class, you will go through different stations to perform a variety of challenging and fun exercises in a circuit work out style. Take a Walk at One of Your Local Parks

Sometimes all it takes to feel fit and stay healthy is simply walking around your neighbourhood! New Westminster is home to many beautiful parks. For a tranquil weekend walk, try a stroll through Friendship Gardens in Tipperary Park on Queen’s Avenue. You can get your steps while appreciating the beauty of nature!
